I love this manga, it’s so beautifully and realistically portrayed. The mangaka portrayed Kamakura’s mental illness accurately, included the stigma from others, and it wasn’t just a quick fall in love/quick turnaround type of story. They really fleshed out the characters first and gave some time for their feelings to naturally build up. I would definitely recommend this manga!
Side note, I honestly relate to the mc (Kamakura) a lot, since I’m currently experiencing work burnout, have depression, and everything feels like such a mess (my place is also somewhat messy, but not quite to this extent).
Yes, I had bad work burnout, got betrayed by my work colleagues and felt so alone in managing everything. Its not easy, but know that you are plenty worthy, and find sometime for things you love each day, even if its just a few minutes.

The clarification:
The uke does cheat on the seme via blowjob with a black-haired man (Yakura), plain and simple. However, there’s a reason for it: the uke has a very twisted past with Yakura. TRIGGER WARNING: it involves grooming/sexual predation. Do not read the next bit of text if you will be triggered by it. With that out of the way….
The uke was a child when Yakura became his tutor (a teenager/young adult at the time). The way Yakura was touching and interacting with the uke was inappropriate, but never escalated to sexual acts until after both were adults (as far as I can tell with what’s shown)
If you want further spoilers:
When the seme saw the uke giving Yakura a blowjob, he broke up with the uke. Later on, due to something happening between the uke and Yakura, the uke ended up mentally broken. The seme goes and helps the mentally broken uke. My guess is that the uke annd seme end up together in the end.

I’m not 100% sure if they were officially dating (I don’t know Japanese, unfortunately), but I was under that impression based on what I saw. It seemed like mutual love or something, but it could’ve been that they were only just physically intimate.
