Honestly the whole thing about him turning into a child part isn't supposed to be perceived as sexual at all, it's about showing his innocence his trauma his past even if it feels uncomfortable for some people don't forget he's a dragon and they don't have the concept of aging as humans do, he can choose whatever form he wants and let's be real he wasn't naive because he was a child it was because he didn't know what it was like to be an adult human the moment he realised he started changing and learning there's a huge difference anyway all in all i actually really liked this part of the story
