The "white-haired girl" is actually the daughter of their family; however, the one controlling her body is not Raina. There are two souls inside of her, one of which belongs to the real owner of the body and the other was inserted by the Temple for nefarious purposes. The real owner's soul is "unconscious," so to speak, but I think she'll likely wake up soon based on how anxious the Temple is getting about the time and all that. It seems like we'll see some progress with that part of the story in chapter 82.

I could be incorrectly remembering what happened in the manhwa, but I thought that the soul that Camilla saw wouldn't respond to her, which made it seem like she was in a sort of unconscious (or suppressed) state.
