Read the whole thing hoping for a redemption arc or something but nope, none. The whole gang rape thing left me queasy for hours. If only there is no rape, this could be an enjoyable read for this esper/guide genre (warning: the guide was raped repeatedly. We’re not talking about a one time thing with blurry details). The closest manhua with almost the same plot (but no rape so far) is “The S-Class Guide as Sweet as Honey”. I recommend that manhua over this one if you want to save yourself from unnecessary trauma.
I freaking love the storyline! It’s really unique and quite refreshing. Really sorry to see Abel (the original body) go but his humorous character is still there! The look “I’m so done with this shit” on our Captain Commander is hilarious
This manhwa is interesting, at least to me. I read the manhwa at a Korean website and it’s so far so good (nothing abusive, cheating, bla bla so far). My advice to those who hate this manhwa - just leave one comment on why you dislike it, add some constructive criticisms and go away. No need to pick fights with others who absolutely enjoy the manhwa. Better yet, just leave quietly altogether and keep your thoughts to yourself. Sometimes your opinions are not needed in places where people want to wind down after a long day at school/work.
I know, right? I actually enjoyed the novel a lot. And now, some are just misunderstanding ML and MC's character. What I would advise to anyone who is reading solely the manhwa is to just stop peeking at the comment section so that you wouldn't create a biased judgement already whether to continue or stop the manhwa based on unsure spoilers alone.
I think as much free you are to love this series, everyone is as free to hate this as well.
