It's similar to that... Though, it's more of codependence, imo. Needing each other to survive. While the boss is in denial about it... It's pretty toxic, but realistic... XD
It reminded me of the true crime documentary I watched about Korea... They'll get less sentence if they did a crime under the influence of alcohol... It's so crappy!
