I was keeping a notebook with the plot and things important but i stopped at chap 42, from there i just binge read it now and that´s what i have:
I will refer to the characters by the first letter of their names.

1- D till now is the only one that can kill the killer, B tried but couldn´t and from what Y said he didn´t even try.
2-We have gone trough at least 56 diferent starts( when in the car)
3- D became a "player" at chap 7 after stpping S tape, he said that right after saving the tape he died
4--We never got the answer as to why D killed the villager at the end of chap 1
5-According to chap 8 B tried to tell that it was all a game but everyone though he was lying
6-S mentions the abandoned house
7-They start playing there but B finds it familiar
8-In chap 10 again D stays alive after B´s death and we don´t know what he did until the new game started
9-In chap 11 B admits to memory loss but only to mathers outside of the game and H´s tape is playing
10- In chap 15 J kills B and D is still playing, D said he died from bleeding after killing J
11-In chap 19 we confirm that between B,D and H only D can kill the killer
12-After D starts playing S that was always the first victim isn´t the first to die anymore
13-In chap 25 D found another cassete player
14- In chap 26 we get to know that B did´t remember the bridge, while fleeing with H and J and they find the villager that D killed at the start, the guy tries to kill them and they knock him out and flee again
15- in chap 30 we get to know that when an NPC(H) exits the game area their memories are reset, BD decides to eject H´s tape
16- In chap 31 B dies before the game even starts( before the killer shows up)
17-In chap 34 we(readers) get to know about a cassete player(cp) that BD didn´t find, if i´m not wrong it´s the same cp they use for Y tape
18-In chap 38 we get to know that D is destroying some clues to puzzles
19-In chap 39 H, J and B are fleeing from the killer when H trips and finds a new cp
20-The cp H found is the one with Y´s tape.
21- Chap 40 is a must read because we see how D became a player and that he new S was an NPC because his lines in the car changed
22-We get to the Y´s arc



I didn´t document from chap 43 forward, sorry.

What I think when seeing my notes+the last 10 chaps is:

There problably is 2 other tapes like the duplicate from Y, if he can have 2 tapes one with his memories before and another one from when awakened by S i think we can assume BD have another tape, if D didn´t even know about the game now that he is with a new tape then finding his early game tape would clear up what happenned between him and S.
Bada might have 2 tapes too because if can´t even remember playing with Y and S then those memories must be in the other tape that from my theory S changed.
And about what Y said that in the start B didn´t play with them, isn´t that strange??? Not saying Y was lying but i think something is wrong with that.


I will end it at that, it´s been 20 mins since i started writig this while reading my notes and i´m tired lol, hope it helps.
