that teacher needs to die in the most horrible way possible forever. How fucking dare he take advantage of an innocent child who showed trust towards him. Fuck skylar's dad even more, if he was a good father none of this would have happened, he wouldn't have been so desperate for paternal attention, i am fucking pissed.

I initially liked his story as it was cute and light hearted, a young boy developing a crush on the next door neighbour and trying to convey his feelings in the way he knows. He innocently plans a future with this neighbour as he is not fully aware that he cannot simply just marry him and it was enjoyable to watch most adults not take him seriously and the slow realization everyone gets that this child is not joking about this.

Once the expected confession ensues, the sensible thing for the older neighbour to do would be to turn down the child and move out to university away from the community and try to limit their contact. I was hoping that the Oni moved out and returns back to the community when the child has become an adult and we will then know if his crush stood the test of time and distance or if it faded away as most crushes often do

However, from the comments the story has taken a weird turn in the wrong direction now fully entering into immoral and illegal boundaries. I defended this book when these concerns were stated, back when there were only about 20 chapters because i has seen another book on this site where a 30+ woman engages in sexual intercourse with a 3-4 year old child and the comments were full of praise for their "love" when she literally dragged a pre pubescent, pre adolescent kid to a love hotel and they had sex because she couldn't wait, this was in the first few chapters of the manga.

With this knowledge i did not understand why this manga was getting hate when it had not crossed any boundaries and remained fairly wholesome, and the manga never portrayed any adult around the child as having pedophilic intentions so i imagined a separation of the main characters would soon take place creating an avenue for character development especially for the child who at the time had not learnt of the sexual aspect of romantic love and was focused on the doki-doki feeling, tranquility, and simply wanting to be in their presence.

I'll be honest, i should have been sensible enough to expect this considering Japanese manga culture but i was willing to give it a chance as i have seen worse as i mentioned above but now i pull the axe and cut myself from this story.

As many have said, the old style was more grounded and mature, it perfectly portrayed the mc's state of mind after 800 years of no memories of who he was, the erosion of time on his features and how he finds solace in meaningful interactions with others to hide his fears of becoming like his friend. The new one is too flashy and generic, it takes a level of uniqueness away form the story effectively placing it among the many similar to it.

The ending is definitely rushed and i feel the hyung should have immediately sought therapy before everything became all happy dandy to make sure his mental health is alright and that the mc should have had the time to come to terms with the selfishness of his behaviour and make amends. A running theme in this story is the kindness of the mc which the hyung was attracted to and this caused him to suppress aspects of his personality he deemed unworthy of such kindness and the feelings he had for the mc hence he drew a line between them causing the split personality.

The mc's decision to not tell his hyung immediately and get him a good psychiatrist for the sake of his own carnal pleasure is a very selfish act, and things could have gone really wrong, what if fusion wasn't a possibility and what if the hyung couldn't come to terms with himself/feelings and decided to take drastic measures because of his confusion with memories and maybe decided to cut off all contact or physically harm himself.

While i understand were both of them are coming from, it is quite concerning that it is not made clear the possible consequences of his actions and when you consider that the people around the mc have a good grasp on human psychology it makes it inconsistent and out of place, not to mention before liking hyung romantically, the mc saw him as a very important person that was practically family, not informing him of his mental health issues makes me question that initial familial love.

All in all, it wasn't bad, the story was cute and the sex scenes were well drawn. The second couple are quite interesting and the ending was rushed but alright.

Ruby only knows the Ai she saw on tv, that Ai was vibrant, joyful, strong, and unbreakable, she gave a sick girl like her hope and dreams and the escape from the cruel reality that she had been abandoned by her mother. Ruby died at a very young age and as she said the only lights in her life were sensei and Ai, although she was reborn as Ai's daughter, we must remember that she died young and she would not be able to fully comprehend the multitude and complexity of emotions hidden in Ai's smile and laugh hence her image of her mother is one of perfection and unshakeable resolve. This Ai is not how Ai always was, Ruby need to understand the person behind the idol and the emotions that underline her every action so that she can really see the Ai that Ai desperately wanted to rediscover.

Aqua on the other hand knows this, but it is no use telling Ruby directly because she must discover it herself to grow as an actress and also to gain an awareness of herself and the core of her character and personality. This must be her discovery and i think Aqua understands this. We don't know much about Aqua's past life from his view hence his ease of descent into psychopathy and manipulation cannot be fully explained, what we do know is he has a firm and deep knowledge of human behaviour and emotional complexities unlike Ruby and to him she is not only his sister but a patient whose well being he must place above all else including his own such that even though he knows he's falling apart he doesn't care.

Ai is a character whom we know so little about and we are still discovering, but we know she is an expert at lying to herself due to her occupation. She is confident in her appearance and ability and is a hard worker who polishes herself constantly so she can shine above others. She understands and takes in all the negative emotions and feelings other have towards her but she doesn't rank they highly, instead she continues to strive and doesn't stifle her growth for the gratification of other people. In this sense she was perfect, unmoveable, and unbreakable. She knew herself well and her inability to understand love and she battled with these thoughts and emotions frequently but she is also an expert at brushing aside issues like this hence its only when her kids are born that she really focuses on this issue as alluded to by the opening song and the story itself.

All the characters have had traumatic experiences as part of their job or as a consequence of this, and this had shaped their lives and affected their decisions in profound ways thus giving each character in the story an ethereal yet realistic depth and touches on key points in our society with focus on the reality of idol life.

sammy created a topic of Remarried Empress

she is a very bad judge of character and overestimates her own worth because she has no education on political affairs and she doesn't understand or know what it means to be a member of nobility and royalty. she behaves like a child always talking in third person thinking its cute, it was alright when she was just a mistress but as an empress that is a blatant show if incompetence. she spends all her time hating the wrong people and getting in trouble instead of working on where she lacks.

She has had shitty luck with people but its like she learns nothing from every bad experience she goes through, i get that she has had a hard live but she had truly gone too far as i have said she is like a child thinking the good people are always the ones to listen to what she says and give her whatever she wants and it is very sad because she had no one to trust or turn to.
I sympathise with her a lot, she is just an ignorant poor child thrown into a very cruel environment where no one actually cared for her in the slightest, the emperor brought her there with sweet promises but his love has always been questionable seeing as he never taught her or cautioned her behaviour, it was clear to everyone but her that she was merely an incubator for an heir. The duke, her dad, the emperor, all don't really care for her as a person and her behaviour speaks volumes about how much she has been let down as she clings to anyone who says nice things about her. She is an unfortunate character but her choices and actions are irredeemable, she must take accountability for her them and leave the palace all together.
