I'm really not comfortable with him being the ML because his current relationship is so good. I think it might be that the sister passes a way in the future rather than a cheating situation because thus far he doesn't seem like that kind of person.

I really hope its a coming of age like story where she comes starts developing interest in the opposite sex due to him, it would be that his presence in her life has basically set her expectations for what her future romantic endeavours would be like and by becoming aware of this fact, she becomes overly conscious of him hence there is some awkwardness which everyone notices and tries to give her time. Then as we go through the story, she comes to term with her miniature crush and ends it, experiencing an emotional growth and goes on to find love elsewhere.

The first story initially felt a bit simple, we have an ML obsessed with how people view him and the affection he gets from others for being good, he essentially is a ball of performance anxiety and he is not able to interpret the words of others to a normal degree. For example, he has thrived off being labelled the perfect kid, avoiding conflict, bottling up his true feelings, and continuing the facade to ensure he doesn't lose the affection of people, this i believe is rooted in the loss of his father and the emotional manipulation of his step father, who no doubt noticed the issue and manipulated it for his selfish gain rather than getting the young ML the help he needed.

Upon meeting the MC, someone who was so different from him, more free and out going, he becomes interested and for once in his life has a safe home to come to, he naturally takes the words of the one who he has places such an importance seriously, hence once the MC says he likes how he is "perfect", he goes even further the extra mile to appear so, perfect people are punctual, always good at their job, expert time managers, and sticklers for order and conformity hence their relationship broke down.

They got back together and he feels at peace and at home more than ever before, he is no longer weighed down by the burden of being perfect and is more laid back, however, his obsession with perfection occupied his life and time making him and the MC unable to see the darkness within his personality and character, now that it is gone, we see the darkness seep through, the self hate, the insecurity, the anger, the mistrust, and the paranoia begin to surface and the introduction of a former lover rival and family member triggers an overly emotional response as the MC feels his safe haven is about to be taken from him because he is not confident in his ability to keep the MC by his side and is not confident the MC would want to be with him forever hence we see his character spiral.

The MC's behaviour towards the issue is rooted in fear, he had turned into an individual very perceptive of the feelings of others through their tone, body language, and overall vibe due to his childhood experiences his childhood experiences. Due to this he unconsciously adjusts his reactions to fit their mood to prevent conflict and arguments, he may have noticed his boyfriend's spiral but out of fear of aggravating the issue and breaking up once again, he ignores the little signs and believes his bf will confide in him about the issue and they can talk about it.

The author show the effect of childhood trauma of adult life and behaviour in general and how it can differ from between individuals that are in the same traumatic environment allowing us to draw parallels between two brothers (ML's). Granted the author did no have to include the rape scene and how it was handled was incredibly subpar, the best option will be a permanent breakup or a long term separation with therapy.

Anyway, the first couple gives you a lot to think about and i feel it could have been executed better. The second couple are my bread and butter, i love them and i appreciate the development of second couple throughout the story. The artist wrote a great character but decided to fuck it up on the first couple either to make a point or to satisfy the obsession with red flag people.

Things were resolved in a very Marin like manner, i'm overjoyed for them ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

The author has drawn pretty questionable works, most of which where the uke looks too much like a child of 10-14 years of age or when the uke is a literal child. I haven't read this one but the cover speaks volumes.

I'm a sucker for height distance couples but the appearance, build, and overall height of the uke is not valid. No adult whether short or baby faces or a twink looks like that.

He's a first year student at university meaning he should be between the ages of 19 and 22 his features should be more mature, for starters the head should be more proportional in size to the body.

The existence of short and baby-faced people is not an excuse to draw child porn. Moreover the overly soft facial features i.e. presence of baby fat and non developed features is suspicious, its like he hasn't gone through puberty i.e. a fricking child not to mention the complete absence of a proper head to body ratio for adults, not even twinks are built that way

Its not racist to point it out. No fucking short or baby faced adult i have seen looks this way, this year has been a fucking eye opener, 2015 old me would have ignored it cos i didn't read shit like this, but the amount of child predators that have been discovered among very famous people this year is alarming, the world should be a safe place for minors and children in general, hence i will call out cp when i see it.

Well it seams that JJ is treated like a convenient babysitter, sex friend, and care taker by his boyfriend. They are dating but the other guy never bothers to be considerate, he parties gets drunk and flirts with others left and right while in a relationship and JJ has to come in and clean up his mess, he never bothers to show more consideration, not once in the recollection did we see him do something for his boyfriend ever and while he clearly likes JJ, his actions do not prove it at all so its not surprising that bro is tired of that bs.

While not inherently a bad person, he takes everyone around him for granted and expects they will always be there with him and for him regardless of how he treats them, JJ had previously told him about him moving to Acorn but he doesn't even remember, what kind of relationship partner doesn't remember the important things that concern the career of someone whom you love dearly, its basically says you're not that important to me so i don't remember anything about you.

He also hasn't been seen initiative in the relationship in present time or in flashbacks e.g. spending time together, going out on dates, or having heart to heart talks. The only time he takes initiative strongly is for sex, so its not surprising that JJ feels more like a sex friend that a boyfriend. Its quite a toxic relationship

Everyone else seems to encourage his behaviour and never call him out. I would expect his sisters to seriously sit him down and guide him to think seriously about his his behaviour over the past 5 years towards JJ and others but they just laugh it off and its doing nothing to help him, really hope it doesn't continue.

The redemption arc better be good.

Still wondering what the whole attitude was for, the reason she gave was so stupid and hypocritical, like seriously, not remembering other peoples names, and having a best friend is your justification for saying she doesn't care about others.
