Very cliche. The love triangle is a bait and not actually real. Mid-way through you're forced to reread the whole manga again from the ML's perspective just to stretch out the chapter count. When they finally confess it goes straight to misunderstanding, SA, to real confession and straight to sex. uke goes from crying in shame to blushy and innocent 'first time' uwu. 0 to 100 doesn't begin to describe that, it's more like -100 to 100.
