Why? If he told them then all eyes would be on him. It’s not common for men to have babies and by exposing he was the mom then that’s telling eve he was gay and different and he didn’t want that
I know and I just think it probably would've been better due to some men getting pregnant in other country's which could've help normalize Male pregnancy however I respect that he didn't want that. The story would still be good either way :)
