Asexual here. I don't usually read yaoi for the sex scenes, but rather for the plot (which is why I tend to avoid PWPs). That's not to say I avoid depictions of sex altogether - I used to read a shit ton of hentai. I personally define asexuality as a lack of sexual attraction and desire.
