Easiest way is probably to order the manga volumes via any country‘s amazon - the manga are available in several languages including English, French and German. The publisher webpages sell them as well. The Japanese seller is called „libre“ which provides links to order the physical copies and the ebooks in Japanese.
Also resellers like cdjapan or mandarake can be used.
