this story is like never gonna be competed or take forever to update to a point where we somewhat get a resolution/endings to the various story lines and things introduced… so i shouldn’t get too excited or expect much but i do really like this story!
although i think redeeming the dad is like ehhhhhhhhhhh i understand him but doesnt mean i want him to have any sort of redemption especially with what he did to annette,
it feels bad knowing that she was just a child who wanted to be accepted by her family and now her family is coming together again just without her, but i guess mc is adapting nicely to her family despite having the same thing happen to her as a child (not having a place in her family) so idk.
it irritates me a bit.. i don’t wanna see that pathetic man who failed his family and legit would’ve just taken the money had he had the opportunity, even if he wanted to change it doesn’t change that shitty action of his and how that reflects onto him as a grown ass man who had time to change his actions he knew was wrong??? lol
i think annette’s story is rather uninteresting to me as its very very very super duper predictable, esp with her love interest and stuff, so it’s not as interesting to me as mc’s story and not as strong tbh, but that only makes sense because the story is told and seen from the perspective of mc ofc, her love story just seems a bit more genuine/realistic to me however and i like how they have an actual dynamic rather than two children who met once as children and never actually spent time with each other lol
long rant but just wanted to write down my thoughts, i doubt this story is gonna update very frequently or at a decent pace at all (it’s gonna probably be SO slow even with officials and take forever to get anywhere) so what we see is what we get currently i think at least.. i hope im proven wrong because i genuinely do love this story so much
