I don’t mind having my long haired beautiful and elegant ladies like Selena(who should be gay and is claimed by the lesbian demographic bc i said so) but I also don’t need to be constantly reminded of that type of patriarchic enforced and later repurposed femininity.
Especially in the worlds where most women wear corsets that squeeze their ribcages to death and heels. Like I love heels like the next person but c’mon now. I love Evie’s earnest energy as much as I love Selena’s calculated and exasperated one. (Also Evie is claimed by the bisexual demographic too bc i said so as well)
What’s even BETTER is that so far this webtoon isn’t interested in dividing these women and creating internalized misogynistic wards between the female cast that so many webtoons will do for this genre.. and so many of you are accustomed to doing because you’re already pitting the two girls together in negative lights for this and that. There’s conflict yeah but it’s nice to see a tomboy character that doesn’t pride themselves in being “not like the other girls” and perpetuating those stereotypes. So I don’t understand why y’all feel the need to push that mindset on her though.
Evie is a cute girl I like her and all the girls in this story as great and should kiss and get together
