Cakeverse kinda boring like going to get a lot of dislikes but I just needed to air out my opinion like I was genuinely excited for cakeverse like I only knew of guideverse omegaverse and the dom and sub verse so seeing cakeverse which I've only heard of in different platforms and not really getting it I was stoked to see it in the flesh but damn seeing it now felt lackluster like it doesn't make sense and it's kinda boring like example in guideverse guides there guides and Hunters and usually those types of manhwas are action packed and story driven most of the time so that's why it's my favorite in the whole verse stories but cakeverse is just like ok so basically we got a cake who doesn't know it's cake and we got a fork that can't taste anything but the cake and everybody else NOT KIDDING ON THE EVRYBODY ELSE ITS LITERALLY ON THE 1ST CHAP like it does not add much to the story genuinely like you could take out the whole cakeverse aspect and it would not make a dent on the story it would just be a guy seeing his classmate cook and having a crush on him because he smelled sweet from the cake he was making like take him out being a fork and it'll just be a regular gay love story it would have been interesting to see if it was a horror or psychological type of a bl basically the fork so cold and lifeless from not tasting nothing finally gets to taste something in it's life and he goes crazy but doesn't want to for the sole fact he loves the guy THAT sounds interesting with the cakeverse ngl the whole description on forks had so much potential that was wasted anyways
