Y'all's comments about how the ML is down bad for the MC, are you having collective amnesia about the early chapters where MC literally dreamt of the ML having s*x? Or when he touched himself thinking of the ML? Or when his mind was full of thoughts about the ML from day one? Or when he let the ML touch him not just once, not just twice, even BEFORE they had their little agreement? Clearly h0rny avenue is a two-way street here
Ngl I know the top has Issues with a capital I, but why is no one talking about how the bottom is so poor at setting his boundaries? He clearly has his mental faculties online, and he can definitely protect himself... Theirs isn't a case of an ab*ser and his victim, there really isn't anything that would indicate a deep trauma with the bottom (the top, on the other hand...). I'm just not really empathizing with any of them at this point of the story. I hope we could see something more exciting from the both of them (not smut--though that is also welcome, the consenting kind). If only they could sit down and actually talk with even a smidgen of honesty lol.
Yes, that's exactly it. With the way his relationship is going with the ML, you'd think he'd be less ambiguous with his boundaries and set the record straight with the ML. On that note, I like that he expressed that he wanted to go about their sexual relationship a bit slower. It just doesn't sit right with me when the comments are all "oh poor MC, the ML is such a manipulative as*hat" when MC has all the agency to extricate himself from the situation and go back working with the cool gangster bro (if the ML does some underhanded tricks to prevent that from happening, well, that's another matter).
Tl;dr I just dislike how readers are infantilizing the MC, when he's clearly a full-grown adult who could make his own decisions and break the ML's bones if he so wants to.
Is the reason why Taekin's heartbeat accelerates when Minjae's near him because Minjae looks like that sonuvabitch? Maybe it's not a crush, but fear that makes him palpitate?
In fiction, most of the time, fear is represented by livid face (White or even some blue). Teakin was blushing every time it happened. I'm not saying that you can't have redness if you are afraid but it's uncommon. And for the sonuvabitch, I'm pretty sure he will have a real reaction (of fear) when he will be in the boy's body.
That's a very valid point re depiction of fear in fiction! Given the timeline of the story (with Minjae being just a very recent substitute teacher in Taekin's school and having minimal interaction with the kid) and all the novel spoilers that point to Taekin having no time to pay heed to any kind of crush with everything happening to him, however, I'm more inclined to think that the artist intentionally made him red in the face to confuse the readers
I just want Andrew to manhandle Luke SO BAD and Luke letting him because he not-so-secretly LOVES getting effortlessly picked up and pushed against the wall and getting split and bent in half by this green-eyed beefy pretty boy genius hunk
no but fr he just let him pick him up and push him against the wall and kiss him and his only issue is that he wasn't letting him breathe closet is glass
bro offered his thighs at their very first meeting the closet is practically just his imagination
