This chapter her parents went on a trip right? They're gonna have a accident and die which wasn't supposed to happen in the "novel".

That accident was supposed to be the heroine's misfortune so Venny was shocked after the news. After that,(the chapter at the funeral) Venniane FINALLY realized about how the story is getting out of hand.
