I mean yeah he does cause he is small lol. I am 23 and 4'11 and people confuse me for a teenager quite often. He may look like a kid but his character was definitely not similar to one and i liked it. In most mangas where the uke is smaller even their personality is timid like a child but I loved how this uke was assertive and seductive. That way I didn't feel he was similar to a kid. I loved it a lot.
