Oh memories... Before there weren't any good shoujo mangas to read that's why we read things like this. Weak female leads, bad plot and stupid characters was a norm. I feel like times have changed and there are many great mangas nowadays with logically thinking characters and great storylines. Please read those and leave this manga alone. Don't waste your time.

When i think about this manga and how i felt when i read it in the past, thinking how unfair and sad it was that those 2 broke up in the end. It took me years until i took it up and re-read it when i was an adult. And now, even tho it's bittersweet i feel very satisfied with the way it ended. I notice stuff i haven't before like : toxic relationship, stubborness, no communication with each other whatsoever. Their relationship was a HOT mess. It was very passionate and cute at times, but from the very beginning you can see that it's not going to work, those two were just too different. Even tho you still can't look away and you love every second of it.
That's just Ai Yazawa being a genius. The way she wrote the characters, so realistically. I guess this is why people get so attached to her works.

Is she trying to take revenge on this girl and maybe the whole gang and her first step is to use the guy. She doesn't seem to be interested in him (maybe later on she will) but right now she looks as if she has a plan (obviously). Think about it, she was bullied all the time and finally she got a chance to get back at her that girl, maybe other gang members are next. (Btw i call them gang members i know they're not, it just sounds better ok.. )
