Many readers r used to gay couples being top and bottom. I always found the lack of switch couples in mangas quite annoying. Its refreshing to see authors portray them too. Loved it.
Lol. How much do ya think switching is popular in mangas? Compared to the regular top and bottom, switches r few. Out of the mangas in the top how many of them r switches? That's just it. Most mangas with good story lines make it regular seme uke stuff. Thats what I meant. Ik there r switch mangas and quite a number of them but how popular do ya think this idea is in mainstream? When ppl read switch couples, most of their reactions r "what is happening". I just hope more mangas, longer ones, have this concept.
Still, I didn't know bout the switch couple tag. Will certainly give it a go.
I totally agree with you. The only good thing I read with switch couple in it was dark heaven. Seems like yaoi logic doesn't allow couples to be switch. That's why it doesn't look like a real homosexual relationship because the only difference it has with a heterosexual relationship is that bottom is a man.
I expected exactly this when I read that summary with a tragedy tag. Nice art. I think much of the hate it gets is because of the unhappy ending. The concept was good, but the story didn't carry the heavy feel well. That still doesn't justify to give it a 7 something rating. It has a better concept that most 9 ratings just with a sad ending. I think the plot was suited for long stories.
This manga is "the must read of mangago". It has every factor a story requires. I do not like fluff, but still this story managed to top many favorites of mine. Authors often make stories with sad ending and add elements like making lifes of ppl fucked up for gaining the interest of readers and I admit I like that spice a lot.
But this manga has managed to be mysterious, attractive, hooking also being soft unlike the psychological stuff I normally like. A deaf guy, a part time and how they get together. Gradually discovering secrets. Best and entertaining characters. What more could ya ask for? Oh ya definitely get a smile at the end too.
To every body screaming bloody injustice for Ian (not that I don't feel bad) did any of ya even think about Raymond's situation? Years of work for revenge all wasted because of love. Was Raymond wrong in attempting not to love? Ian fell in love, Ian liked this man why do ya'll expect Raymond to return it the way Ian does? If anything Raymond brought Ian out of a hell hole even if it was for his benefit. Do ya'll think decades of revenge will be nothing against months of love? Ya'll pity Ian just because he keeps feeling guilty for everything. But does that make him right? Do ya want to be a person who just feels guilty? Though I have read the raws and know that Ian will be a very strong person at the end but right now? His personality is weak. Raymond has a rather strong one. He stands up for his actions instead of feeling guilt and regretting them. He has spent all his years for revenge. How will he even realise how important Ian is to him until he doesn't loose him? Apparently the author knows this. And is better than commenting idiots here
Idk what ppl r complaining about? I thought they knew Seungho. Nakyum also thinks getting raped is better than telling the truth (this is the most idiotic thing ever). And our dear seme obviously never gave two fucks about consent (frankly rapist) so why the whining ppl? Lol.
Ikr. I think it's this personality of characters that made the story unique. And this is the reason this story has so many views. In what other way did these ppl expect Seungho to react to "betrayal"?? And yup, killing stalking was way worse but well the passion and obsession in there was levels higher than here too. Lol.
This seems hot stuff, so am gonna practice control and not read it until there r at least 30 chapters.
Oh yes i will do it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
5 minutes later : i can't do it ima think of reading it Σ(  ̄□ ̄||)
