Come on, don't you understand? He has been holding his feelings shut for years, the fact that he is crying is good! Look at the picture, does he seem sad, angry? He seems pretty damn happy, because I think what he feared was confirmed not to happen. To me it seems that the whole situation with the rape was partially that Yuu was scared of "making his friend gay", a common topic in yaoi, and thus he didn't dare go through with it. the PDA now showed that he was not ashamed for being in love with a guy, and I think it was a big relief for Yuu to see that. That relief made him cry.
Just my observation ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I don't hate the guy, I'm just waiting for him to find out that because of his actions 12 years ago, the uke ended up in the hospital. He clearly has no clue. And to apologize BIG TIME. No matter what their relationship dynamics is, nothing justifies hurting someone to the point of sending them to the ER (not the uke's consent, not his "lack of resistance", not nothing). Also, it's pretty obvious we still haven't learned enough of what happened in the past for their interactions to be like this. I'm waiting for the author to expain it a bit more.
I have a feeling that though that time was their first intercourse, it may not have been their first sexual exchange: maybe there was a bj or sth before, which totally caused the uke to freak out and "blame" the seme, and may be THAT's why the seme is now accusing him of laying the blame all on him. Still, this is all just speculation.

Ultimately, I think the Azukun family are the ones to blame for this whole circle of revenge, they were the ones to try to overtake the throne at first, and the cruelty from their part was unjustified. Slave-san (forgot his name┗( T﹏T )┛) was a child when this happened and thus a lot of things were hidden to him. On the other hand, goldylock-kun (namesss ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭) was a child as well, and thus never knew about the political reasons behind this, even us as an audience are missing out on some political context, and thus he is solely driven on revenge.
If this is to have a happy ending, personally I think slave-san must realize the history of their families and make his own opinion, because as it is right now, they only feel resent for one another because of unknown justification for the death of their families. Goldylock-kun must also make an opinion about whether resent runs in blood and who actually is to blame.

Goldylock-kun XD pfft.
I cried.
I was sitting on the edge of my seat like praying none of them would commit suicide or something holy shit
I was relieved when I found out that haruki didn't commit sucide. At first I thought he did commit sucide, if that was true it would be even more fvckin sad and depressing
At first the way it came off, I thought Nao killed Haruki or something. Then I thought it was You that killed him. Then I thought he committed suicide. Then it was revealed that he was killed by a driver. Then I thought Nao was going to kill himself. omg there was so much confusion and misinterpreting on my part lol
