I've been looking for a yaoi manga but basically it's about this guy who gets into an accident (?) and reincarnates into another body, and when he woke up in that body he was in the middle of smut with another guy. I don't remember much because it's been so long but they're both actors, and I think at the end of the manga the guy announces their relationship while he was receiving an award.
