I hate that they wasted so many chapters on an insignificant character in the novel (she was a selfish brat in the novel and they tried to make her sympathetic in the adaptation); especially when the person who adapted the novel removed so much character development for Athy and tried to give attention to Jennette, then they rage quit because they got so much hate for it...like what did they expect?
People came for Athy/Claude/Lucas, not for jenette and her magic daddy.

Hello i cant comment and i dont know why. I dropped this mangwa many months ago when the dad(forgot his name) lost his memory and starts meeting with the Janette girl. I came her to check if the conflict is already done but when i checked the last chapter it looks like the dad is alreadt the antagonist in the story? What happened? Can u explain to me pls?
Claude (Athy's dad) fell into a comma. He recently woke up and has his memories back, and team Athy is currently on the offensive. I would honestly start reading back up on chapter 98 (everything before that is too Jennette/Anastacious/traitor nobles focused).
The author rage quit because she didn't like the hate she was getting (for being stupid imo). She will finish the series (because she's under contract to do so), but has greatly reduced the amount of chapters it was going to have (which is fine by me, because she probably would've given us 50+ ch of Jennette crap). There are about 20 or so chapters left as of ch 100.
