Hello, just got my first piercings yesterday!

It's a helix & lobe, done in one sitting but I forgot to ask the piercer if after I clean it & spray a solution, do I need to dry it (like wipe the solution off) or just let it air dry?

I searched for answers but it has mixed answers, I hope someone with helix can answer. Tips and how to take care of it will be so much appreciated. Thanks!
