Their dad deserves public execution or something alike. What a horrible parent. The caretakers and everyone with a functioning brain just letting this happen speaks volumes about their morality. A child never deserves to be treated like that. A child always deserves a loving parent, unfortunately not all parents deserve their own children.
I hope AT LEAST he goes to jail and rots there. But judging by the current chapters, that trash is still out in the open.
