I'm on chapter 45 right now. So MC met the ML when he was 20(?) in high school, and then ran away. Then 4 years later ML finds him again, and he runs away again. Now suddenly the MC is 33? I'm just a bit confused. I feel like I missed something.
i was just confused as you are but it’s just that they passed a whole timeline and we just happened to see what happened 4 years after he first ran away, then 9 years and finally 12 years. the whole story continue after reaching 12 years

I’m only on chapter 8 but god damn right now Muhyeok is hella creepy. He really can’t take no for an answer and becomes forceful and angry when you set boundaries. I’m really hoping he gets massive character development because irl this would be toxic asf and could easily lead to abuse. ;w;
