Her actions or rather her lack of action has directly harmed Eris and she is perfectly aware of it. She has pity for herself saying how she has no power when clearly she does have the power to involuntarily/voluntarily influence the men around her
All this chapter did was show us Helena knows what she's doing and does it anyway. It's bad enough if she was doing it innocently/ ignorantly but now that we know she's doing it consciously... I still need to read the rest and see where this is going but it's not looking good for Helena's character.
At this point she's a Saint for not killing them on the spot, family ties be damned! She was too nice to them.
