If he’s a classic psychopath (which he appears to be according to the latest raws), then he’s not capable of love. But he can probably still treat Sooyoung with care/ appreciate him. Idk.
Well if you ever read "the beast must die" than you'll understand Jihwan type. At least he won't hurt sooyoung. Jihwan is quite similar to Kangmoo. "Love" is their obsession.

I recommend at least trying out The Beast Must Die. It has both action/plot and romance. Not sure what your limit for plot is, so it’s worth giving a shot.
