The grandfather we have seen is her maternal grandfather (her mothers father). The fief belongs to her father's family, and since the grave is in the fief we can assume it belongs to her paternal grandfather. We haven't been told anything about her paternal grandfather, so it's either unimportant or it will come at another time.

Helios is for Medeia because as like-minded manipulative killers and their history, I feel they have a deeper relationship and feelings that only they can understand. For Psyche I believe the red hair that came in. I originally thought he would like Medeia snce he was looking for her but that went out the drain when he attacked her instead. Anyway I can guess he hates souls or auras that have a killing nature so Psyche's gentle and pure aura would attract him and draw him in since she would seem so different from before. Plus she has a good image amongst the people as well as her divine power so she would compliment him since he is a powerful mage or something but has a bad reputation among the church
