It did! It's very subtle but you can see how both their faces are slimmer
Same I noticed this when I thought something is lacking like I loved when the first promo was released like the story n the main thing was the ART STYLE n I got so into it but now I don't feel it anymore

It's not a manga, but the anime Michiko to Hatchin has one. Also Shoujo Kakumei Utena has a main female character who is has dark/tan skin.
Also Carole & Tuesday! I haven't read it or seen the anime yet, but Carole has tan skin.
At this point I want MC to disappear or just...die
