Hmm based on this work's novel raws, all the characters aka the students are constantly fighting for power dynamics. And based on that idea, the closest vibe another work could have with this would be Caste Heaven as it is also in a school setting tackling the same power rankings between students. It's an old work so I'm not sure if you already heard of that but Caste Heaven is this but toxicity level cranked much higher so beware (≧∀≦)

It's a 1950's novel by William Golding, they just meant it's a similar character dynamic. I would still recommend the classic novel though, but it's not something you would find here.
