I didn’t really feel like he was crazy enough to be called wacko until this episode cause although he’s eccentric, he’s not exactly clinically insane… or at least until this chapter where he’s apparently thrown his entire brain out cause wtf?!?! Why would you offer something like that? And to a trashy old man? Wow. Just… no words can describe him better than “wacko”.
