I get that sometimes you see something that hasn’t been picked up and you really wanna translate it but this seems to be from Papago and that’s why it’s so confusing to us. I’m coming from a place of experience. I was the same until I joined a scan group and they showed me how bad Papago translations are and how harmful they can be to the story line. Just some friendly advice

Hi, I'm the person who translated the 5th chapter and posted this notice, you're free to pick it up if you'd like! The main reason I translated it like that is just because I wanted to see the rest of the story and I don't know any japanese, but if your group is willing to pick it up and give a better translation that's great! The raws are already on here, so just reply to this or dm me on Instagram and let me know if you guys will be officially picking it up or not and I can delete the notice or make a new one saying that you guys are taking it up. If you can't or don't want to though, I'm still happy to provide my mediocre translation just to get the story across as I've said here

Yes please! It’s called sushi gang. Btw our JTL just told me that chapter 5 is actually of another manga by the same author. So we will be doing ch 5 and the rest of that manga because the rest of the one you did read pretty much fine except for the occasional confusing line so I think it’s fine to keep it up and not mess with it
