What do you mean ? It's a softcore thriller !! !! So yeah i feel the '' thrills '' i wouldn't say '' tingles '' though. I don't think it is especially cute or romantic to cook for a friend or to play pool together. It's just what you/we the readers are '' reading into it '' = we are projecting because it's '' supposed to be a BL '' _ but it's also a thriller . So, wait and see . _

i haven't and this is one of my favorites still
depends, if you want to learn more about the villains (qin chuan) you need to read the novel, bc the first one only finished in the novel but fair warning it was a long ride n they stopped for the time being in the manhua. but main characters here aren’t mentioned at all in the novel as far as i remember. so it is still fine if u don’t read them. only when capt. bu’s cousin does show up then u kinda get blur i think(?) bc there might possibility the dialogue would be referring to the first novel.
I have started with this one (breaking through the clouds) and now that i have read the other one too, i think starting with breaking through the clouds is the best , imo ! _ they aren't the same characters so both stories are totally unrelated.

it’s probably too early to say this but i’m actually rooting for the “brother”. even tho he’s probably not human. i mean, he clearly just needs to learn how human beings (or atleast hanjoo) think
