Im happy with the ML honestly, he knew and waited for her to find out on her own to satisfy his own desire for her to finally be free of minshit or to have a chance with her but it hurt him, to see her so miserable, crying in pain and instead of taking advantage of it, he just sits beside her and comforts her and yes he could've jumped in like a usual prince charming trope and did everything for her, fix everything for her without her consent but he didn't, he knew she wouldn't want that and that she didn't need it, he basically said “ill grant every single desire and wish you want, but as long as you really want it with your consent” like please, this is chill. Yes, he's lying about his identity and stalking her i wont defend it so I’ll just see where this is going.
I was expecting to see her in a bloody mess since well, being thrown or pushed into a damn mirror with glass shard all over your body is something that causes that yet they still did the usual “small injury on the face” kinda shit and didnt show it anywhere else. What I don't like is that, ml tried to get mc back by scaring mc that he'll suicide and then proceed to s.a mc (yes he continued sexually abu**ing mc) and then saying sorry and then hurting himself. Mc being the fvcking softie he is, he always fall for it. Dang, I hope I didn't read this till the end and just enjoyed the smut
He basically assaulted skylar in the beginning so even my mind is blown about why they got together but they have secrets, trauma and a whole heap of shit they have to settle by themselves and with each other. I love them both but, with what skylar has heard about cirrus and his past and telling him “you never experienced love from anyone growing up, who the hell do you think you are to say you feel that way about me.” Still burns a shit ton but theyre kids, these are children and they both have done weird and some unforgivable things despite whatever happened to them in the past.
You cant destroy everyone else’s things just because yours got destroyed by someone else, but youre allowed to grieve and be sad/angry/upset about it.
