I read chapter 3 around 5 times because it’s just so well written and poetic, i wasn’t expecting the shift in their relationship but it actually makes sense.
And shion’s internal monologue really shows how love deprived he is and how childlike and pure his feelings are, however it’s also scary to think about the future of their relationship because this is probably shion’s first love and he’s not in a good place right now and theres a possibility of his love to turn into possessiveness and all yandere like but it can also be positive and helps him heal maybe but based on the last chapter it doesn’t feel like this is where it’s going right now

Im feeling so sad im literally crying, Arata was the sweetest caring lover, he was so cute and bubbly and happy and wholesome and in love with Natsuki. He was just such a sweet guy and now Natsuki just took that away from him forever, even if they try to rebuild their relationship, it can never be the same, there would always be trust issues, the pure love that they had is gone now.
Arata loves Natsuki too much to be able to break up since they were together forever and thats not something you can erase or get over easily.
Ive seen middle school couples stay together even in their twenties and they’re usually the most toxic relationships, ppl get cheated on but ultimately to stay together and work on their relationship because they can’t forget the only person they’ve ever loved/been with, but often the relationship is broken and dysfunctional and it’s so sad to see them try so hard to keep it going because you can see that they’re miserable.
Anyways i got off topic but this is essentially why i feel so bad for Arata, he cant give up on their relationship so he tries to mend it but its just never going to be the same, and it’s so sad. Im so sad for him.

I know. Arata will be on edge anytime he’s away from Natauki. If Natsuki is late to show up, I’d he has to stay away for a group project, a trip, if he gets close with anyone, ugh... poor Arata will be thinking that he might be cheating.
Arata would definitely become a possessive lover who asks where’s Natsuki is going, whose he with, how long he’ll be out, I’m pretty sure Arat would probably check his phone too.
I can definitely see Natsuki becoming fed up and thinking Arata is being too much and breaking up with him.
All and all, I feel bad for Arata. He’ll be so miserable. :(

I want a manga where the mc says “no” after the estranged deadbeat parent tells their sob story and asks for forgiveness to mend the relationship.
How dare you try to start over as if you didn’t just traumatize your kid, ruined their childhood, potentially their life and now they have to live with it and try to overcome it all their life.
I want a manga where the big ending of the mc with family trauma is to be able to let go, stop seeking their parents’ approval and are ready to start a new chapter of their life without all the toxicity, finally finding a place to call home

I just read chapter 8 and i went to look at the comments and they’re all talking about depression so I’m not ready to read the rest.
It’s peak fluff here at chapter 8, it feels great, they’re happy, I’M happy.
So yeah I’m not ready for the angst. Is it that bad? Does it get really sad? I can’t handle it If that’s the case, can someone tell me if I stop here or keep reading?
Now I’m really curious about the extra that goes into odajima’s past because he seems to have been through a lot
