The ending seems rushed, Yes I also felt it was cramped and rushed. But also that's really it, the story actually just revolved around the fulfillment of the Magic that Erin's (noel) Mother casted. And that is to grant the wish of Rowan(dreux) to be loved, by giving him Erin. And also to save Erin, it was said magic can't defy life and death, so Since Erin was supposed to have dead in the hands of Rowan from the beginning, She have to die no matter what, that's her destiny. It wasn't explained how exactly Erin's mother did it but she was probably the one who made them go back in time, after Rowan's wish was granted. Since Rowan's wished was granted and the purpose of Erin was done so she have to die. Erin's mother most likely sacrifice something for that to work, though we dont know what it was. But i also think losing their memory both, Rowan & Erin, are one of those sacrifices??? Rowan also doesn't have his memory, he only remembers it when he saw little erin crying.

Rowan also died, probably both of them needs to die? For them to be reborn again. Also they already gone through hardship in their past life, We dont want them to go through it again when they go back in time.
That's probably why the ending is like this. Cuz we know they will "live happily ever after" when they got reunited.


I did not read the novel so im not sure if the webtoon skips something or what. Anyway, I really like the story regardless of this kinda rushed ending BUT HEY WE'RE GETTING EXTRAS ANYWAY.
