I'm reading the full chapters on the other website and this man is awful. Just devilish. And, I know that Chloe is a woman of her time but I need her to stop falling for his bs. It just upsets me as an omniscient P.O.V seeing her try to see the good in him when I know is scummyness knows no bounds and is limitless.
You know you've done something wrong when the side couples have more dimensions than the main couple. I really feel like Hye sung stayed with Doujin because of Byul and the bond. Had it not been for the bond they wouldn't even be together. I just they had more development , where Hye sung went to therapy and discussed his trauma. I wish they would touch on how Doujin basically assaulted him( when they first met, and when Doujin kept Hye sung from leaving when he wanted to go to his middle school classmates house.) I just want better for them.

I feel so sad for her. And the people saying divorce are looking at this from a modern lense. If the author is staying true to the time period, the only way for her to get a divorce is if Damian divorces her not the other way around. So unless she dies or Damian no longer has any use for her, she's stuck with him.
