I don't think Eleneora is the same with the other FL whi became a bitch in the other stories. The one I hate here is Diego. He's like the antagonist in this story.

In my opinion and from the things I have read in this manhwa, the title is cheating men must die but almost every world, every story the host came in and change the plot. All she did was to beat up the fake heroines but only few times happen when she beat cheater mens. Wouldn't it be better if the title is "Bitches must die?"
Well...there's more than one way to kill a person. The MC kills not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well, depending on the person and the circumstances. You can think of it as her getting retribution against her host bodys' enemies.

Yeah I can agree with that and there were like 2 other potential ML that could have happened. That could be considered her friend but they didn't really show up much so they can't really be considered a male lead anymore. I'm talking about her brother's friends.
Its just from my own point of view but it seems the reason Elenora doesn't choose Alejandro is because of his too much excessive obsession to love. Like he's willing to become a Yandere just to keep his love sole for him. Ik the reason of this was because of his childhood but still. Isn't he a bit too much?
