I think the time difference is reversed. If what Rin said is true then the time is slower in demon world, so she will probably stay a child even after being there. If not then eithr the translatior or the author messed up their work a bit.

Yeah. Thats why she will not age as much as someone in middle world. For her it will be much shorter time then for middle earth civilants. Its like when in fairy tail they went to the star spirit world and did not age even a day but it was 3 monthes time in Fiore. ( the traning before the grand magic games).
