finally dropping this if arien is the only mc when i like them both and it irks me that arjen's not gonna be on the spotlight
That's because this is obviously Arien's season. Season 1 was focused on both of their struggles. Season 2 is most likely about Arien's origins. Since it would be a mess if the story goes back and forth about their stories. Since they have different strengths. It's not like we can just ignore the fact on how important that her mother's blood is flowing stronger compared to her father's blood. There are a lot of things to tackle about that.
I'm sorry but since season 1 the spotlight have always been on Arien. Arjen have almost 0 moments and the story always focus on Arien side, thoughts and feelings. Arjen feel more like an accessory than an actual main character.
Just the fact that even him is overprotective of Arien and everyone talk about her and love her, she already has a harem but they met 0 girl their age. Arjen is clearly not the focus of the story, even when he is supposed to be more concerned like with the guardian, Arien is still the one that react stronger.
So far it's her story, not his.
man, mangago comment community is really becoming one of those places where oversensitive "idc about your opinion, i am hurt and you hurt an entire *insert type of* community so here are nasty words for you" keyboard warriors flocked. hate stating the obvious but not all will agree with your opinion, not all will have the same life principle as you. you can't please everybody and everybody can't please you. if you don't like what u see or what u read, just move on ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ it's not like you can change someone's perspective over the internet in a snap lmao. majority here are just trolling so why be so pressed abt someone when mangago is a manga/manhwa website and not get butthurt about people's foolishness
i've been using mangago for a quite a long time and until now i still don't understand why some people love to preach on others about something. whether you're consuming illegal content, thoughts on lgbt+ community, life views, what is morally wrong and what is morally right, what is bigotry, sexism, racism and all the cism that is against on common folks' views.
don't people realize that by the end of the day, you're just being a keyboard warrior --- projecting your insecurities or airheadness OR letting yourself be feed by the latter; i mean choose which type of warrior are you.
instead of going all out in here of what you think is right especially if it's against a certain community or norm, why not post it on a more effective platform because your opinion might be a voice for that community and your voice matters to that community.
instead of nitpicking that people are consuming illegal content, why not go on with your life because bruh, not everyone can pay, okay? not everyone can spend their money leisurely because they have other more important bills to pay that is matter of necessity. you aren't even sure that what you're paying on those legal sites goes 100% to the author. and in the first place, if you're all so adamant with illegal content, why are you on mangago in the first place? do you really wasted your time to preach on people? that's some life you got.
instead of being a keyboard warrior, why not just enjoy the content that you're reading here? if you don't like it, move on. if you think what you're reading goes against your moral values, then drop it. no one is forcing you to read nor mangago has mandatory rules that you have to read a certain content. you don't need to let yourself be ridden with your emotions because it will just drain you.
i'd rather be mad on the characters than the author themselves because i don't know the person behind the story personally. one or two works cant justify their whole life or personality. there are authors who project their thoughts on their works, but there are authors who have completely different life approach versus to what they're writing. it's just a matter of research.
mangago is supposedly a manga/manhwa site and an escape to reality to read. not a platform for hate, unnecessary wars nor offending posts.
now my dear reader who took time to read this, do you consider my post a preaching one or a random dump of opinions? it's up to you now. thanks for attending my mangago ted talk.
one thing im confused abt is why most people think ash is a paternal figure when little elizabeth didn't even see him as one he's more or less her savior and savior doesn't always equate to paternal figure. stop putting words into someone else's mouth or in this case, stop assuming unless you've read the whole thing already or you're the mfing author. y'all need to chill with your minds ( ̄∇ ̄")
Edit PS: Also can't people (on this case, Ash Ketchum) take care of kids (Little Ellie) without you people thinking too much of it? Grooming etc. Yes, Ash is possibly the ML but can yall stop assuming of what he's doing when yall aren't even the author. Remember that Ellie has already stray away from the story so who knows why Ash helped her. The author only knows and we'll just have to wait for the story's development. Give the story a chance and if what you think is what will happen later on, then that's the time you put your judgement. If you don't like it from this early on, then drop it altogether ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Leave my headcanon alone
exactly they be calling him father figure like what they totally don't see each other that way she sees ash as nothing but her savior not a freaking father or anything also calling this grooming when he literally haven't done anything??? wtf? he just freakin saved and took care of her and now they be calling this grooming literally what the fvck
