I don't understand how the seme came to fall in love with the uke. It's soo funny how everybody in the police station knows about their relationship and just let it be. Yknow when I first read this I thought that the other partner gotta be a criminal given the fact that he's a police and from his recollection of someone overpowering him but it turns out it's actually his childhood friend who's also a policeman so that's an interesting turn of event.

My answer will be based off the manga, and what I meant was in this world(manga) herbivore basically would ended up being frozen in fear(? Or something like submissive) to the predator. Yknow just like how lion is a predator(an animal eating another animal) towards herbivore(a plant eating animal). As we can see in the manga where the uke is so scared of the seme in fear of the seme eating him. Well, that's how I understand it, sorry if my explanation is all over the place.
