Lmao tbf that is how the devil was defeated by the first emperor so it’s not surprising. But I feel like it could’ve been better executed. Like the ml should’ve had more thoughts going through his head after the devil was saying to kill her. And when Tes stopped breathing, the could’ve added more dramatics to his “death” yknow and just prolonged it a bit? And why did a tear awaken his heart again? Like elven blood I would’ve understood since it’s pure but a tear? Overall they just needed to make these scenes a bit more dramatic, which is why it felt so underwhelming executed like it was.
