i think i might end up dropping this if it starts revolving around the romance too much because i usually dont like romance in these kinds of stories because i kind of ruins it for me
Spoiler: In the novel, there wasn't really much romance until the end when everything sorta got settled. Like he beat the bad guys and all and did some extra steps, but after that the story went on how he tried to blend in society and all. I would say keep reading it, until he beat the bad guys if you really don't like to read romance. I think the novel is better because it has more details on the action stuff.
