I wouldn't probably give a good advice since I literally am the goody two shoes of the classroom and no one sees me as a threat.
But I think you should have a proper conversation and tell her that you genuinely want to be close to her. Hang out with her from time to time to show her that you're not a threat.
Or just blurt out to the whole classroom that you platonically like her as a friend.
