I love both of the author’s incomplete works… just finish them already!

Last post on the topic of age: I feel like the reason the age gap is palatable is because Wei is not "grooming" Dingyi. They have sex without Wei knowing her age. When Wei finds out Dingyi's age she repeatedly calls herself a monster.
Also, a big reason as to why Dingyi is staying with Wei is because Dingyi suffers awful physical abuse at home (put her in the hospital). Dingyi has forced her way into Wei's life at every turn, and Wei takes it, because she loves her, as a person, in spite of her age.
Imagine a 10 year old having a crush on their 25 year old neighbor, even as the kid has feeling for that neighbor its inappropriate for the neighbor to enter a relationship with a 10 year old due to power dynamics and maturity. It's he same here. A16 year old is to immature and inexperienced to enter a sexual and romantic relationship with a 32 year old.
This is a story about 2 desperate people consoling each other but we shouldn't ignore the romantization of age gaps with a minor prominent in a lot of romance stories including this that have real life consequenses.
The age gap is fine for me because I lived it. Dated many women in their late 20s and 30s when I was in high school.
Personally, now that I have grown up, I have no interest in anyone younger than I am.
This manhwa is definitely unfinished. I wish they would have completed it. At the very least, I wish the author would put out something new that I can support.

I think this will be short because it's a side story... but I want it to be double the chapters of the original work, I love it so much!
tl;dr: The author was inexperienced and went on a longer run that anticipated without adding to the story whatsoever (50 chapters vs 63). It was obvious from the ending that the author was just tired of the story.
The author also might be inexperienced in relationships because she doesn't know how to deal with the hetero relationship with a real and mature end.
All of the characters deserved better than what they got. The author spends the extra episodes to resolve the PICTURES subplot that nobody really cared about, rather than a satisfying resolution to the protagonists stories.
The author definitely bit off more than she could chew, and the manhwa suffered because of it.
