Continuing from where the manhwa is currently. Sirius rushes to empress palace just as Bee successfully fends off the consort bringing up her scandal from 35 years ago. He escorts her back home apologising about the mixup with invite as he did not and send it out. Bee decides that she needs some support to fight the queen consort and also divide and distribute the factions so they won’t be too powerful. Thereby eliminating the need for the marriage since there would be no factions left to oppose CP. just as she plans for the next steps, she decides to live up the debut of princess Deisha so she can meet the CP and effectively break her engagement. She manages to skip her debut and thus postpone the secret wedding that the emperor was planning. She asks Evan to get some news from the west. While doing so an incident happens in their beach in the west causing Evan to travel there. Soon it’s hunting banquet thrown for crown prince’s birthday. While the men are hunting the women spend time at the tea party. Mobiles belonging to first Prince faction, Sirius’s faction and others are all at the tea party but of course the first Prince’s faction is the loudest. Bee marks three women to form connections with so they will useful in the future sharing the first consort. One is an imperial princess ( now a countess) who raises Sirius when 1st empress pawed away, her friend who is a baronet and later on becomes a marchioness marrying the margrave of the west and another marchioness who has enmity with first consort. Her brother was previously engaged to the first consort which she breaks and becomes the emperor’s mistress. Her brother dies heart broken so the countess is always against the first consort but not very vocal

When the 3rd concussions of the first price tries to bring up the scandal with Evan again she rolled up the consort’s scandal to which the countess chimes in happy to slander the imperial consort and bee schools the concurring in manners of bringing up these without understanding the etiquette. She uses her Louisa connection to befriend the bayonet and the imperial princess who is wary of her as she denies loving Sirius. She ask for a horse to take a leisure stroll as the men have finished hunting for the day. An unknown attendant brings her the horse saying that the designated stable men are busy assisting the men returning from the hunt. Sirius just catches sight of her as she is leaving and follows her because her horse was behaving weirdly and of course the horse after a while goes rabid and sprints. Sirius manages to catch up to her and saves her but they end up going way deep into the forest. Soon it starts raining and there horses are nowhere near them. They take cover under a tree while Sirius keeps making jokes. But this point bee is already disturbed by his changed behaviour and is wavering after his jealous fits ( this is skipped in the manhwa) she notices that he is seriously injured and admonishes him for making jokes in such a situation. They find a cave and take shelter until the rain stops. Sirius condition keeps getting worse so she tends to him warning him not to succumb here after everything. She notices he is surprisingly good with dealing with the outdoors and he responds that he had to learn to deal with these things since he was young as the first consort and prince do send assassins after him from time to time. Bee seeing more sides she never did in the previous life is more frustrated as there are so many things die did not in the first time line including about her family, the nanny, the guild and sis. Sirius then leads not break up with him and be finally makes the decision to be his partner. She cannot keep ignoring when he keeps telling her about his feelings so many times and in so many ways and if some one tries to take what’s hers she isn’t going to sit stillto. Unlike the first life sis is on her side and so is so many others. Soon after the royal knights and her father find them and bring them back. Her father has been restlessly looking for her all night which again causes her to realise that she did not know the people around her at all.

After they are back on the palace sis is still unconscious due to fever, As she decides to keep her engagement and become crown princess she is more antsy to understand the situation in the west because there was never much information about the duchy. None even knew that the duke was married and had a daughter until her debut in the capital. She hears that Evan is back after taking care of the incident in the west but got slightly injured during the process and is recuperating. She knows that the first price action is still spreading rumours about her and comes to with a plan to clear them all at the same time. She talks to anasha, her father and communicates with sis to plan a trap.

The trap is set up in louisa where she encounters a rude young lady of count angliver? She is a spoiled brat of her family and hurls insults at our bee because she is jealous she gets to marry sis… bee occurs calmly and confidently puts her in place and the lures her on to the private third floor with the help of Louisa’s staff where Evan is resting after sustaining injuries during a fire incident in the west. She makes a show asking Evan to die for her so she can take over Pearson file and stabs a pouch of red dye that is stashed next to Evan on the bed. The foolish lady who sees the red dye flowing and staining bee’s dress runs out of there and of course contact the queen consort with this information. They file a lawsuit and summon bee to court. She asks Evan to stay out of sight and asks sis to continue being in convalescence even though he recovered as they also added the charge that she tried to harm the CP during the hunt. The emperor of course presides over the court. ( I low key love this as be leads the entire scene) She says that Evan is a commoner and even is she did kill Jim she cannot be charged for it. The queen consort argues that ifs about her qualification as CPess as she is cold blooded murdere now. Young lady Angliever of course gives her witness account to which she says that what stained her dress was red dye and produces the dress stained with dye along with the dye ( bee also roots out some spores at Elliot’s during this trap. She makes a show of burning her dress to make her seem guilty ╮(￣▽￣)╭ ) the queen consort then continues that she was blinded with wealth and killed Evan to have the guild and also to cover her affair. To which she refutes saying that she is the owner of the guild with the proof of wonders papers left to her by her grandfather. Then Evan enters and salutes her as a knight and asks if there is anything wrong with her knight being close to her as that’s how he will protect her. Of course the queen consort of going to be back off and emphasises that the trial is about her qualifications and says that she isn’t qualified as she isn’t the marquis legitimate daughter. Now the Queen presents nanny as her witness. ( after this we have a huge revealヾ(☆▽☆) )

Now that she cleared up the controversy about Pearson guild and affair with Evan. The Queen consort sneers and further evenings concern that she was worried that bee is embroiled in various rumors and pulls in the marquis to respond who is barely holding it together because he heard the plan from bee. But bee could see that he was having trouble controlling himself. He succinctly answers what she was referring to. When she exaggerates that she is worried about her lineage which would completely disqualify her from becoming the crown princess { side not : Bee wipes the floor with the queen during the entire trial, she bring up how the consort took a very unscientific virginity test when she entered the palace which she failed and then she later has the test abolished which is the reason for scandal about first prince birth} the consort claims that someone close to bee has claimed so she cannot ignore the claim any longer. In comes the nanny which our bee is aware because of the ears she had planted everywhere who belonged to Pearson. The nanny humbly comes in and makes a drama weeping that she could not hide the truth any longer and produces a diary written by her mother which gives a detailed account of her supposed affair with some nameless commoner due to her frustration with marquis’s neglect of her and that Bee is his daughter. Be waits until she is done. Now the Queen consort is smirking that she got the upper hand when Bee cooly produces a dairy of her mother from before her marriage and compares it saying that someone forged those entries despite the handwriting seeming similar. Her mother had the habit of writing the entry in the random page that comes up when she open the book. And they are range of things including what happened during the day, dreams, fantasies and about hundred other things but the entries that mention the affair are chronological and detailed as if trying to make a story. She then asks them to bring a flame closer to entires written by her mother and entries with the affair. The genuine entries turn red when t exposed to flame unlike the affair entries to which Bee explains that it is special ink developed by the pearson’s and which her mother has been using since before the marriage. Thus refuting the proof. The nanny now completely looses it shouting that the late marchioness rolled around with male prostitues who is Bee’s father. Bee isn’t even angry or sad that she had betrayed by her nanny who she thought was her only in her last life. She feels sorry for her past self for being fooled by such a person and promptly stomps on the fingers of her nanny. Just because she isn’t anger y doesn’t mean she is going to let her slander her. But before the nanny could further squeal more insults, the marquis in a flash takes out a sword from the knight next to the emperor before the knight realises and stabs the sword into nanny’s instep and pulls. The consort is indignant that the marquis wielded a sword in the court room which is almost treason. He just cooly answers that he could not tolerate his daughter being slandered. Bee holds his hand understanding that its been much difficult for her farther to tolerate people slandering her through out the entire trial. She smiles at her father and asks again if she is his daughter seeing confidence one more time. The marquis answers with complete conviction that she is his daughter no matter what anyone says. She smiles at him one more time and once again reminds everyone how the Queen consort put her scandal to bed once for all ( background : there are entities called black priests that are part of the empire history since the founding of the empire whose only goal is preston imperial family survival. They only make sure that the throne is inherited by the preston bloodline but do not interfere in succession struggle. They preside over important imperial events that Is succession and weddings. They are rather autonomous and don’t even answer to the emperor. But they presided over the ceremony of first prince designation tactically proving that he was preston blood line) the queen consort is now practically screaming that Bee is being impudent and says that she is going to punish and straighten her out and further says to the emperor that Bee became more brazen because of his favour. Bee is super chill and reminds everyone that her great grandmother was of royal blood line and says to the room looking in a particular direction is he needs more time. At which point Sis enters and asks Bee to let him handle it form here and give him a chance to protect her. Sis turns to the door and to everyone’s surprise the black priests walk into the room and then prove with a simple test that she is indeed Marquis Elliot’s ;legislate daughter as she inherited the royal blood from her paternal great grandmother. As the black priests were leaving she only Bee hears a voice hoping she wont regret this time. And before she realises that they were talking to her, the black priests are already out of the room. Thus they put the controversy to bed forever. The nanny is dragged away and emperor says that her personally will punish her for insulting the royal family. The nanny screams that she is just a lucky Bitch. The queen consort is completely defeated and is gritting her teeth saying that they can disperse when Sis calls attention that he has another piece of agenda which is about attempted assassination of crown prince. A hush falls when sis’s men drag BIn ( first prince 3rd concubine) who caused the accident on the day of the hunting festival. Sis mentions how he had been seriously ill for a while because of her machinations. Then brings in the servant who was ordered to mess with he horse on that day by Bin. The servant recounts the incident and points to Bin as the one who ordered him. Bin denies to ever seeing him, then sis produces the personnel documents showing that he is part of first prince palace and is dispatched on the hunting day as support. The servant produces a bracelet he received as a bribe. Bin claims its not hers and its a common bracelet that could be anyones. At this point Bee steps in and shows the Louis mark on the bracelet and the Louisa products are all single designs which are unique to each customer. So that bracelet can be only Bin’s. Thus they drag the first prince into the ploy and has him banished to the north with his right to throne cancelled. The queen is confined to her palace. Thus Bee deals with first prince faction in one shot.

In the first time line ML and FL meet they are 13 and 10 respectively , then get engaged when ML is 16 and get married when FL is 16 ( 16 is coming of age ) they were married for four years with no children despite being intimate. Now the mistress ( princess Deisha) comes to the capital for debut. As they are part of the imperial family … she keeps running into the ML ( of course ┑(￣Д ￣)┍) and is the typical innocent ( and annoying Σ(っ°Д °;)っ) seemingly just ( atleast she thinks so ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ) by this point Bee is completely addicted to drugs and is completely paranoid and obsessive. So classic ML
Falls in love with the mistress and they are happy together further pushing her over the edge ( which is also part of the scheme to drive her to death) .
In this life, the mistress does get to the capital earlier than the past but the ML doesn’t give her time of the day. She is actually going to enter the story next.. that’s the next arc.. although the mistress role is really small. She is not smart or cunning to have a huge role… just an annoying pebble you kinda wanna yeet

He initially did have affection for her but it extinguished given Bee’s behaviour. Abusing all female servants in CP’s palace, any noble woman who look at him, slapping his sister who raised him in place of his mother, threatening with self harm multiple times and so on… so by the time she harms his mistress he doesn’t

After the trail is done Bee visits the imperial prison where the nanny is held, the nanny now with her real face rather than the mask she always wore snaps asking if she is here to brag when Bee tosses a bag of powder towards her at which the nanny freezes. The nanny cackles at finally learning the truth. Bee was familiar with the sweet smelling powder, something her any always gave her along with the tea in her past life. It was drug called ‘kayak?’ Which is found during the pearson investigation. Something she had been administering to her mother as well. It can has calming effect in mild doses but prolonged exposure causes hallucinations, anxiety and paranoia. Bee laments that she could not understand why the nanny had to go through such lengths, being the closest maid to her mother and herself it would allow her to live in comfort her entire life when she mentions that she found a baron in the west who has been spending money like water despite being impoverished before. Since his daughter who was supposed to be recovering in a villa since young had returned the families finance has been better, the nanny loses it and screams that she was much better than her mother and she only got to her p[position because her birthright and if she was born as an noble woman she would done much better. Bee first suspected when she noticed the astronomical dowry almost dwindled to nothing especially when her mother had been a recluse for a few years and her father wouldn’t touch her money. That when she asked the guild to look into her when she found out that the nanny had secretly gave birth to a daughter and was bent on making her a noble woman. She wonders aloud what would happen to her daughter now that the money to baron would completely dry up after she is executed. The nanny begs her to leave her daughter alone as she ihas nothing to do with this and Bee asks where she got the drug from to which she responds that a inayari gave it to her and he himself initiates contact and replenished the supply timely. She begs to leave her daughter alone but Bee asks why she should and promptly leaves.
Now that they wrapped up the first prince faction, a neighbouring kingdom of Kannes which participated in the civil war between the first prince and Sirius in the past life. Sirius puts a stop to the illegal flow of weapons and munition from the queen’s consort’s family. Just as Bee is deciding on the next steps to solidify Sirius position with the help of the ladies she tagged before. She was on her way to the CP’s palace when she hears the voice that haunts her to this day. ( the mistress is here) she is on a walk with some court ladies and of course she behaves exactly the same as the past life where she is basically an ally of justice and everyone around is a villain to her. Bee slaps a court lady who steps out of line because lady of Deisha is behind her and has the court lady dismissed from the palace. Just as the mistress is becoming annoying Sirius comes in to check what’s holding up Bee. When the mistress runs up to Sirius calling him by his name ( no one is allowed to call him by name except for the emperor, empress and his wife) Bee has a moment of panic but sirius runs to her carrying her away. Duke deisha barges into the Elliot’s townhouse without appointment and asks Bee to be the mistress’s etiquette tutor to which bee firmly rejects.
Bee is rallying up the ladies so they can lead the noble society under her steed, without her direct involvement so that the power isn’t concentrated under a single person and keeping a balance at all times despite the changes in situations. She remembers that there was scandal with margrave Letan from the west who fell in love with lady from baron Asteria ( 2nd prince’ maternal family ). She contacts the marquis and advises him that he should court the lady properly as she is more timid and the margrave looks more intimidating. As she doesn’t have enough information about the west she decides to build her network with them to have an idea of the border on the west which seperates the inayari from the empire. The pure inayari cannot enter the empire due to a barrier but mixed inayari can like some orphans in the Pearson guild. There is another incident with mistress in the street where she is in standoff with other noble woman crying and making a show as if they were bullying her but again her servants step out of line. Bee doesn’t step in until the mistress beings up Sirius’s name brazenly. She mediates with the noble woman that they should have their families send formal complaints to the duke rather than wasting their breath here as she has experience from her previous life arguing with her. There is a scene where she asks Sis if he would regret her. But he answers that even is he does he is okay with it as long as he is with her. Bee strengthens her resolve because she keeps getting a weird feeling about the duke. That annoying cockroach drags Sirius into accepting his request to escort Irene ( the mistress ) to her debut because he injured his foot ( yeah right!!) Bee is now almost certain that he is pushing Irene onto sirius although she is not sure why? Despite everything he keeps having creepy conversation with her trying to corner her. In the meantime she successfully sets up lady asteria and margrave letan( they both now are mutually in love) they get married and move to the west, but the margrave promises that he will help her with anything anytime she needs his aide.

Bee is now establishing herself in society and still looking for information from the West which is pretty secluded from the empire since the previous duke ( who was the crown prince until he was deposed). Bee one day on her way to the CPs palace to meet Sirius hears the voice that haunts her to this day. She turns around and finds Irene Desiha (the mistress is here!!) with maids and a knight following her. she is the annoying innocent type who never learns and keeps insisting that her way is just. One of the maids accompanying her ( this maid is from the queen's palace and served Bee in the past life and always talked back to her with the excuse that she is educating her.) seeing the maid stepping out of her bounds again of course irks our Bee and slaps the maid putting her in place to which of course the mistress starts making as scene as if Bee is a villainess. Bee reminds them she is engaged into the imperial family and even if she has Princess Deisha behind her, Bee would still be the priority. just as things are heating, Sirius comes looking for Bee as she is late. As soon as Ireen sees him, she rushes to his side calling his nickname at which Sis's face hardens but Bee has a panic attack remembering similar incidents in the past timeline where she is the villainess. Sis noticing this immediately rushes to her side shrugging off Irene and carries away Bee to have her checked out by the physican noticing her pale complexion. Bee calms down and asks if he is going to regret choosing her to which he answers with conviction that he won't and even if he does. it doesn't matter as he will always choose her. there is another incident where she sees Irene causing a scene in the middle of the street with some other noblewoman, Bee is going to ignore her but she hears Irene saying that CP won't leave these women alone which makes her cry, when Bee steps in and asks why her fiance would step in for her and mediates with the noblewoman to send an official complaint to the duke rather than arguing with that ignorant and foolish girl.
suddenly the Duke barges into the marquisate when neither Bee nor the Marquis is home and asks her to be the etiquette teacher to his daughter. Bee of course rejects firmly and suggests she can recommend other noblewomen would be better to which the duke jests that he likes her firm attitude. Bee feels a little unsettled whenever she comes across the duke but can't quite place her finger on it, she tries to remember if she had any significant incident between them in the previous TL. She just ended up with a headache but could not remember any such incident. During one of their designated palace teatimes, the duke calls her and CP to the palace he is staying at and asks CP to escort Irene as he hurt his foot and cannot do so. Bee tries to understand if there is a specific reason why he is pushing things so much when Sirius has been consistently showing his displeasure. Sis cannot be more aggressive as they are also part of the imperial family. Bee agrees as she cannot say no which would paint her as an unreasonable woman rejecting a direct request from the duke. sis escorts Irene to her debut and dances the first dance with her but then immediately rushes to Bee and then they perform a pretty hot and beautiful dance dispelling any and all rumours. A few days later Irene corners Bee outside the CP palace and says to return Sirius to her. Bee laughs at the absurdity of her behaving like a child and pulls just a couple of hairs with force and mocks her that Sirius isn't a thing she can just hand over when she asks. she further says that Sirius loves her to which Bee mocks asking if he said that to her to which she answers with tears that her father told her Sirius will be married to her. when Bee coldly looks down on her tantrum she falls over and starts crying and nearby servants and guards rush over Bee turns the table over saying that Irene rejected her help and trails off that she might not like her. In this life, Bee's reputation is different from the past and the CP palace attendants are also vexed with the immature behaviour of Irene where she keeps stepping out of the line and calling Sirius by name despite him publicly warning her multiple times not to do so. so a this point Irene screams that she pulled her hair but her hair isn't dishevelled enough for that. bee smirks and whispers to her that everything that is going to happen to her now is her doing. As things are calming down news arrives from the north that the first prince is poisoned. the queen is now out for blood and wants to kill Be as she sets things in motion. after the funeral things become more tense and she helps with Levina and Margrave Letan's courtship.
Bee now has a link with West after helping Margrave Letan ( Letan along with Preston, Elliot and Pearson are the founding families) marry Lady Asteria (the Asteria family is 2nd prince's maternal family, 2nd prince recuses himself from the throne struggle and goes on adventures and research) Margrave leaves behind his aide to help her with her queries about the west and the Inayaris as they had tried to harm her mother and herself if she hadn't caught her nanny. The aide, a very peculiar character meets her when Bee immediately recognises that he is an Inayari even though his eyes are normal. the aide puts a knife to her neck to find out how she could know that he is inayari when his features aren't obvious, unknown to him there were several knights (Both sis's knights and Elliot's. at this point of the story, the knights and servants of the Elliot house are completely loyal to Bee as she is the one who takes care of them. although she is strict with all of them she is caring for everyone she took under her) In shadows protecting Bee since the queen's outburst at the first prince's funeral. when he relents and explains that only Inayari can recognize each other but Bee is sure she doesn't have any connection with the inayari and asks about how the inayari behaves. the aide gives details the original inayari cannot cross the borders which is why they catch humans and give birth to mixed breeds so they can freely cross the border. the inayari and half-breeds are physically much stronger than humans and only the knight order of Letan who have been fighting them for a long time can deal with them. She is now sure that inayari is spread more widely as Sirisu leads a purge to find out all the people who are addicted to Kayak. while he is busy dealing with the aftermath prince's assassination they suddenly get reports that the kingdom of Cannan is attacking the borders

While Sis and Marquis Elliot are busy setting up the defence for the war with Cannan and general unrest in the empire, Bee attends a banquet where she meets Duke Deisha, at this point she is sure that he has a plan as this banquet isn't arranged by anyone close to the Duke. The Duke corners her as Bee is resting on a terrace and laments that Bee reminds him of a woman who detested him very much. Hearing him talking in circles about what his aim is throwing Irene at Sis and if he is aiming for the throne although he doesn't have the right to the throne, she coldly concludes that if all the princes with rights die then might be able to as the one with Preston blood. To which the Duke jokes that Bee needs to look further and his aim to overtake the world and tells her to look forward to her gift. Bee is tense given the very ominous talk with the duke. The next day anasha rushes to her in tears saying that Elle is missing. Bee is sure that this is what the Duke is talking about, El is a special child to Bee as she did not exist in the previous timeline and her presence itself is proof that this life is different. Pushes to the person's mansion to investigate and uncovers that one of the staff is responsible and she also has a kayak on her person. During this, she realizes that all the servants including the butler are against Ellen, Natasha and even. Bee loses it and asks to lend imperial knights to search and the butler gets indignant that the count did not like anyone outside coming into the mansion and that he trusts every one of the servants. Bee points out that her nanny and the servant she just caught were also part of the trusted servants and have been working for the count for years and she reiterates that they are looking down on the count that they were so loyal by not acknowledging El who is his blood. she feels more and more frustrates when sis calms her down and asks Sis and her father to relieve her additional; personal guard to look for el and Rai ( Rai is also Inayari that the count saved and works at Pearson to protect Bee but he is more fond of el who is close to his age and also a very lovely child, so bee gives him a chance and goal that if he wants not to become a liability to the guild he should learn to control his emotions so that his eyes don't react and attend the academy and earn his accolades so he can stand on his own). Both her father and Sis deny her request saying that she is more important than their safety and both Anashaa and Evan agree although painfully. Bee isn't happy and says that she knows they are hiding something from her for a while and asks them to be truthful. Sis and the Marquis exchange a look and explain that Pearson's bloodline is responsible for keeping the barrier intact and Bee is the core. Bee is born with the sign of the Pearson founder proving that she is the core of the barrier, her golden brown hair and green eyes are proof, that Pearson's descendants with that combination are rare and there hasn't been one for a few hundred years. Her father has only got to learn this just before her mother died when Bee was attacked in the mansion. That was the day before she woke up with her memories and when Bee looked confused, her father explained that he assumed that she lost her memory and changed due to the shock of the trauma. Bee now realises that her memory might not be as reliable as she thought and Marquis continues that he heard these details from the count. Each of the founding families has these legends passed down to the heirs but the marquis did not get these passed down as his father passed away suddenly when he was 16. now she understands why the count was hell-bent on creating the guild and network to protect her when she was born. When she wonders if her death is the only condition for the barrier to collapse, both Sis and her father clarify that she needs to die in Erhark Hall in the imperial palace ( the place where she killed herself and the hall where all important imperial events take place and is guarded by imperial knights round the clock) she gets angry about why they did not tell her early on and admonishes them that she isn't going to throw her life away for the greater good. She is going to survive and live happily throwing her life away once was enough. When she enquires what happened to rare individuals in the Pearson who were born like her she realises that they had been killed early on either by their family or others for the barrier's sake. Unlike what is known the founder of Pearson was a woman 'Rosa Riddle Pearson'. With the influx of the information Bee is now a little more certain that Duke Deisha has a part in the ploy with the Inayari. The next day a maid from Queen Consort's locked palace visits the marquisate, the maid is also a person from Pearson guild and she confirms that El and Rai are in the consort's palace and asks Bee to come in person if she wants the children to stay alive

she reiterates that she isn't interested in throwing away her life but she is not going to leave the children be either. She asks Evan if there is anyone from their guild with a similar build to her and who is capable of defending themselves. They don't necessarily need to be knights. She realises that she has been on guard because of her past life confirms her feelings for him and confesses that she would be more open.Their relationship becomes more closer. They successfully send the disguised guild member to the locked palace along with an ambush force led by Evan, Bee is waiting at Elliot's mansion with Lance when the Duke shows up with Rai and 5 inayari and demands her to come with him. The knights are not enough to stop the inayari who are physically better and as they almost break through, additional troops from Marquis Letan arrive led by his aide, as these troops are more used to fighting Inayari, the tide of the fight changes when the aide is surprised to find out that the duke is an inayari. Bee was surprised that he is an Inayari when he explained that his father performed experiments to turn him into an Inayari as he was frail from birth. He succeeds and the then crown princess gets pregnant with him. and unlike what the public knew the previous duke did not die in an accident but was killed by the previous emperor when he found out that he had been experimenting. Bee then realises that the person who hated him was the late Duchess. She tries to have him aborted and even throws herself out of the building but the duke still survives. The aide explains that unlike him who is a quarter, the duke is half as he is conceived after his father becomes Inayari and thus other mixed inayari follow him unquestionably. The Duke holds Lance hostage to bring Bee to her, and when she finally does she stabs him with the concealed dart in her seal ring which has a powerful paralytic, just as it kicks in, Evan and CP arrive and stab him at the same time. Duke's pupils which had turned vertical like the rest of the inayari turn red just as he dies, Bee hears a ringing in her ears when she meets those red eyes and loses consciousness. When she comes to she is in the first timeline just after she has been imprisoned in her palace after poisoning Irene. She is experiencing this but isn't in control of her body, and just as she goes crazy wondering what she should do, she keeps hearing a voice that if she kills herself then he will finally realize her importance and that she should do at the most prominent place, the Erhark Hall. Sh, e makes her way to the hall without anyone intercepting her as if the way had been already cleared for her. She realises this now but cannot see it in her crazed state. Now she remembers that the Inayari she met in the past life was Duke Deisha. She always thought that Sis just did not care enough to punish her but now realises that her father had been protecting her despite all her crazy acts. Just as she was bleeding out she saw the black priest who was crying tears of blood asking why she was not happy, just as she tried to focus on what the priest was saying she woke up three days later in present. Rai helps Sis and Evan save El from the locked palace which the queen consort sets on fire to kill Bee. The duke is charged with the crime of poisoning the first prince and funding the cannan kingdom to cause war. His only relative Irene is executed per empire laws and their names are removed from the imperial family and nobility. He Inayari disperse as soon as the Duke is dead
