Pro-gamer Shitoma lost most of his sight and became a streamer when he suddenly put into a real life Battle Royale by a machine called Haru who fix his health.
No one can see the killing or anything related to this game besides the players. He's got 30 days until the game ends, having to kill at least once every three days and competing for a prize of any wish coming real. Teaming up with his fanboy Kagari, who got his legs back due to The Game, Shitoma plans to win and to bring everyone back to life.
