Their sex when Colton was in rut is one of my favorite sex scenes. Not in a smut typa thing, it's not sexy per se, but it's such a good use of a sex scene to convey emotion, rarely sex is used for narrative instead of the logic of sex sell. It's rare in yaoi as a whole, and you wouldn't expect to see them in a story whose whole world building is "humans are built to fuck and fuck and they must fuck and they get free days from their jobs so they can fuck and they are medically recommended to fuck!", but somehow these emotional sex scenes keep happening in the omegaverses that are not omega×alpha, lol. Maybe because sex is so essential in omegaverse but also made as so that it feels like it's exclusive to alpha×omega pairings (as pheromones would make same 2ndary gender people feel "natural repulsion" to each other and "natural disinterest" towards betas).
