I absolutely agree about the note on the beginning of the 2nd chapter. Although I usually don't mind violence, gore, rape and such, especially when it's visibly VIOLENCE, I do think everyone who puts out content should have the decency to, if not trigger warn (books don't come with TW, right? I expect online publications to, but it's not like they HAVE to) at least accordingly label it. Violence and psychological are a must for something like this, so at least the reader will know what they are getting into. If you don't do your part of setting these boundaries clearly then I'm sorry, I can and WILL excuse any hate message you receive. You put others in danger otherwise I don't stand for that.
